Who is SENSESŌ shampoo for?

For everyday use on all hair types, especially sensitive or quickly oily scalps.
How often should I use it?

We recommend 3-5 times a week. The gentle formula is also suitable for daily washing.
Is it suitable for a sensitive scalp?

Yes. The formula is free from sulfates, silicones and parabens and is dermatologically tested. If you have a skin condition or allergies, consult your doctor before use.
Are the products tested on animals?

No. Animal testing of cosmetic products and their ingredients is banned in the European Union, and SENSESŌ fully follows this principle.
How long can I use an opened product?

The period after opening is shown on the packaging (open jar symbol). Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Orders and delivery

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

We deliver orders in Lithuania within 1-3 business days to parcel lockers or by courier. The exact price is shown in the cart before payment. More information in our shipping policy.
Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship to European Union countries. Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown at the bottom of the page and at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store card details.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return a product in undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving it. More details in our refund policy.
What if the product arrives damaged?

Within 3 days of delivery, write to us at info@senseso.com and attach a photo. We will replace the product or refund you.

Refill and bottle

How do I use the refill pack?

Simply pour the contents of the refill pack into your SENSESŌ bottle. The pack uses up to 80% less plastic.
How does Lifetime Bottle Care work?

Buy the bottle once, then keep refilling it with refill packs. If the bottle gets damaged, we will replace it.
