Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If the goods in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

2. How to exercise the right

To withdraw from the contract, inform us before the period expires by a clear statement sent to info@senseso.com or by post to [ADDRESS]. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Returning products

  • Return the products no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • Return address: [RETURN ADDRESS].
  • The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by [BUYER / SELLER].
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging and complete.

4. Exceptions

Under Article 6.22811(1)(5) of the Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products whose protective film, cap seal or other hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. This is necessary for health protection and hygiene reasons.

5. Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, email info@senseso.com within 2 months of discovering the defect, stating your order number and attaching a photo. We will replace the product or refund you and cover the return costs.

7. Lifetime Bottle Care

If your SENSESŌ bottle breaks during normal use, we will replace it free of charge. This is an additional commercial guarantee and does not limit your statutory rights. Conditions: [BOTTLE GUARANTEE CONDITIONS].
