1. Delivery methods and prices (Lithuania)

2. International delivery

We ship to Latvia, Estonia and other European Union countries. Delivery takes 3-7 business days; the price is calculated at checkout.

3. Order processing

• Orders paid on a business day before [TIME] are dispatched the same day. Orders paid later are dispatched the next business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
• Delivery times are given in business days and are indicative. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the order unless agreed otherwise.

4. Receiving your parcel

Please check the packaging on receipt. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's documents, take a photo and let us know within 3 business days at info@senseso.com.

5. Failed delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected in time and is returned to the Seller, the cost of re-sending is borne by the Buyer.
